COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ge 531X139APMAPG2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Giddings product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the TDM1100300W1TDM1100300W1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GEIC693CHS397L manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DSM1150 by Manufacturer Giddings as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge Brand 5K38PN305K in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ge such as 6KLP43010X9A1 equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6KDV30354QF10G1 made by Ge as well as the popular DDS031W050DS5600FW original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MAC090A0RD3C110A0S01 by Indramat and 6KLP43010X9A1 spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NXS0015A1007NXS0020J1000NXS0020A10 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Honeywell. |
