COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Gmn products, including obsoleted and phased-out Heinzmann parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Hansen product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Gmn such as the VSNU20 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 882111254 manufactured by Heinzmann and we are pleased to be able to service most Heinzmann systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature J011321 by Manufacturer Hansen as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Good-Year Brand 420H300 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Gates such as SuperHC8V1500 equipment made by Gates have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gates products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gates" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 102427S1203R by Heidenhain and SuperHC8V1500 spares by Gates are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CR209B100ABJA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge.
