COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Gates Gt2 2100114Mgt55 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Gmn products, including obsoleted and phased-out Graessner parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Grove product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Gmn such as the S6212ETAABEC7DUL560N spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 30L1013R manufactured by Graessner and we are pleased to be able to service most Graessner systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 23MF2 by Manufacturer Grove as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Grove Brand TM22653143TC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Good-Year such as 52507412503700 equipment made by Good-Year have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Good-Year products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Good-Year" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 29342 made by Hampton as well as the popular SK5282AGW original spares produced by Getriebebau-Nord Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5VX850 by Good-Year and 52507412503700 spares by Good-Year are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HDC3C0602A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Harmonic-Drive. |
