COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Gates 8MX-34S-36 1610 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Gear-Technology-/-Triumph products, including obsoleted and phased-out Grove parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Gray-And-Prior-Machine-Co. product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Gear-Technology-/-Triumph such as the 4280194 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GR818053712 manufactured by Grove and we are pleased to be able to service most Grove systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 134OD by Manufacturer Gray-And-Prior-Machine-Co. as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Grove Brand 12203 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Gates such as TL40H100 equipment made by Gates have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gates products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gates" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NHTMQ8211556 made by Grove as well as the popular 8M75S36SF original spares produced by Gates Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 20041026 by Good-Year and TL40H100 spares by Gates are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 90943105 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gates. |
