COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Gates 8M-38S-36SH parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Good-Year products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gmn parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Gates product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Good-Year such as the 55VL1060 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S6212ETAABEC7DUL560N manufactured by Gmn and we are pleased to be able to service most Gmn systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1750XH400 by Manufacturer Gates as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Gleason Brand 1318945 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Good-Year such as D225 equipment made by Good-Year have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Good-Year products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Good-Year" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TL22H3001615 made by Gates as well as the popular 9494M52P01 original spares produced by Ge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NHFHMQ81820HR5614 by Grove and D225 spares by Good-Year are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 14mgt350037 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gates. |
