COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Harmonic-Drive products, including obsoleted and phased-out Helwig parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Grove product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Harmonic-Drive such as the HPD6028B1R93840M565 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 13681625776201 manufactured by Helwig and we are pleased to be able to service most Helwig systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GRUMQ81875R140SP by Manufacturer Grove as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Good-Year Brand R2240 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Helwig such as 101275221134 equipment made by Helwig have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BMQ226 made by Grove as well as the popular TXQ155656 original spares produced by Grove

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TT1XJF by Helland and 101275221134 spares by Helwig are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 14GTR140020 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Good-Year.
