COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Gates 4/8V1800 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Harmonic-Drive products, including obsoleted and phased-out General-Motors parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Gates product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Harmonic-Drive such as the CPU17A100MEC60flat spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DLA76093MJF48 manufactured by General-Motors and we are pleased to be able to service most General-Motors systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GATES8M60S21 by Manufacturer Gates as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Graham-/-Seisa Brand QPP038BH2297S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Grove such as HMQ82410H18023 equipment made by Grove have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available wormgear made by Grant as well as the popular HMQ83010H180 original spares produced by Grove

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SK5282AGW by Getriebebau-Nord and HMQ82410H18023 spares by Grove are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 30L1013R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Graessner.
