COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Gastron GTD-300EX parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hp products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hr parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Gems product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hp such as the 84815A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 27A50F3D04A manufactured by Hr and we are pleased to be able to service most Hr systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XT8003SSC141604300JH by Manufacturer Gems as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Keyence Brand EH910 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hardy such as H16328 equipment made by Hardy have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hardy products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hardy" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 10999TJ00 made by Kawasaki as well as the popular DL5PPB4000000 original spares produced by Honeywell Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 110604 by Key and H16328 spares by Hardy are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CALH50 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Keyence. |
