COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Gardner Denver 2B150A/ 2 BA/ 2K2L/ 2ZA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kuka products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sanyo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Seimens product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kuka such as the 1FK60816AFF711ZZ9Z spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 20BM900MXTF3 manufactured by Sanyo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sanyo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1FK60636AF711AG0 by Manufacturer Seimens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand 20S07H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Century such as 200hp equipment made by Century have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Century products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Century" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 200421bd804 made by Doerr as well as the popular 1FT61058AF714TH0 original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1FT60841AF711EH1 by Siemens and 200hp spares by Century are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1FK70447AF711SG3Z Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
