COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Futek FI1042-A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Great-Lakes-Instruments products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hbm parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Hercules product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Great-Lakes-Instruments such as the 36259050 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SB3 manufactured by Hbm and we are pleased to be able to service most Hbm systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 511B3G by Manufacturer Hercules as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Gli Brand 8320 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hercules such as 500A2H5K equipment made by Hercules have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hercules products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hercules" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 140100FRB made by Hampshire-Controls as well as the popular 57143 original spares produced by Gems

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 420200027S1203 by Heidenhain and 500A2H5K spares by Hercules are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CSSPE00205XRH Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Garos-Sa.
