COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fuji UG221H-LE4 system prog. ver 1.430 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Allen-bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Accu-coder parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ls product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-bradley such as the 845HSJDZ24CNY1C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 802S20S0024QHV1F1SG2500N manufactured by Accu-coder and we are pleased to be able to service most Accu-coder systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XP70TTAACXP70TTAAC by Manufacturer Ls as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allied Brand F145CIRF16 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Micromotion such as DS600 equipment made by Micromotion have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micromotion products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micromotion" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 845HSJDN22CMY1C made by Allen-bradley as well as the popular CMFS010M321N2BAECZZ original spares produced by Micromotion Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the WS12750420AL10SAB2 by Asm and DS600 spares by Micromotion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
