COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fuji POD UG400H-L0C1T parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kernel-Sistemi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Keyence parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Esa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kernel-Sistemi such as the TSP128SPT4C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VT5SB manufactured by Keyence and we are pleased to be able to service most Keyence systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VT515W00000 by Manufacturer Esa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Trane Brand X1365048409revK in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Milacron such as V12 equipment made by Milacron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Milacron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Milacron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VT155W00000 made by Esa as well as the popular VT3X15 original spares produced by Keyence Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VisionV35035TA24P by Unitronics and V12 spares by Milacron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PS511110N16 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Electro-Cam. |
