COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fuji MGX2MS01A200AS parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reliance parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Leeson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the MAXE1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MC2113ATZ manufactured by Reliance and we are pleased to be able to service most Reliance systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M6C17FK80E by Manufacturer Leeson as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Honeywell Brand M6284A1055S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Renault such as MC3520 equipment made by Renault have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Renault products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Renault" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MAC071C0JS2C095A0 made by Indramat as well as the popular MAC090B0PD4C110AWI518LVS001 original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M238Y50A300YXR by Gould and MC3520 spares by Renault are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MAC071C0JS4C1095A2MR136 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
