COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fuji FUJI ELECTRIC EP-2103B BOARD / EP2103B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Abb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yaskawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Toshiba product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Abb such as the INIPT02 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the JANCDCPOIB manufactured by Yaskawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yaskawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature H10077930610F3 by Manufacturer Toshiba as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand IC3600AFRA1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pepperl-Fuchs such as IRIKHD24RX equipment made by Pepperl-Fuchs have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pepperl-Fuchs products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pepperl-Fuchs" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IC800SSI228RD2BE made by Fanuc as well as the popular IPC300P3 original spares produced by Rexroth Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the JARCRXFB04 by Motoman and IRIKHD24RX spares by Pepperl-Fuchs are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original INT01 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
