COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fuji FRN015E1S-4U parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fuji products, including obsoleted and phased-out Igas parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Honeywell product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fuji such as the FRN025G1S2U spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ISR310ISR3105UL manufactured by Igas and we are pleased to be able to service most Igas systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HVFDSD3A0050G100 by Manufacturer Honeywell as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge Brand GE9030IC693PWR330 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Gates such as 14MGT224090 equipment made by Gates have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gates products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gates" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available JPIM00 made by Honeywell as well as the popular A12531 original spares produced by Hpc-Gears Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FRN005G11S2UX by Ge and 14MGT224090 spares by Gates are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CXL0100HPV35G510 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Honeywell. |
