COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fuji FRN010G11S4UX parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Impulse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fuji product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the 350EP5LESNNSNDN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 460AFD15G manufactured by Impulse and we are pleased to be able to service most Impulse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5000G11SFRN020G11S2UX by Manufacturer Fuji as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ha Brand ZM40L in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fuji such as FTU266B equipment made by Fuji have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fuji products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fuji" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available WJ200150LF made by Hitachi as well as the popular 72033G2 original spares produced by Graseby Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SMA811508061 by Glentek and FTU266B spares by Fuji are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NXL0400A1009 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Honeywell. |
