COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fuji Electric NP1Y64T09P1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Philips products, including obsoleted and phased-out Panalarm parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Phoenix-Contact product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Philips such as the IMG232 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 91LN1T24DC manufactured by Panalarm and we are pleased to be able to service most Panalarm systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IBSRT24DI16T by Manufacturer Phoenix-Contact as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Honeywell Brand L48081239 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Partlow such as 1401 equipment made by Partlow have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Partlow products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Partlow" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A616DAV made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular CapacitronDM21 original spares produced by Leybold Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E5CWQ1KJ by Omron and 1401 spares by Partlow are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original T678A1155 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Honeywell. |
