COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nuttall products, including obsoleted and phased-out Formsprag parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Reliance product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nuttall such as the D9L141 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CL42155202 manufactured by Formsprag and we are pleased to be able to service most Formsprag systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature F51A538MXQ by Manufacturer Reliance as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sm-cyclo Brand CHHS4165YR1SB25 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Alpha such as D99999 equipment made by Alpha have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Alpha products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Alpha" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CDP3316 made by Baldor as well as the popular EN5060 original spares produced by Nexen

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F71310B5G by Boston and D99999 spares by Alpha are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CVFJ6175DCY1211184TC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sumitomo.
