COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fuji 6KE1143007X1A1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Honeywell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fuji parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ge product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Honeywell such as the 2001600150126200001000001000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NEMA175F14 manufactured by Fuji and we are pleased to be able to service most Fuji systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6KAVI43003Y1B2 by Manufacturer Ge as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Harold Brand 113050468990101 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Getty such as A90340000ZZ equipment made by Getty have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Getty products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Getty" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 21171015 made by Ge as well as the popular FRN025G1S2U original spares produced by Fuji Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 44A398788G05 by Ge and A90340000ZZ spares by Getty are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SM807DC807DC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Heldt--Rossi. |
