COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fuji 2MBI100F-060 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fuji products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sanyo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tech-Motive-Tool product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fuji such as the 2MBI300U2B060 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 45BA010FXR101 manufactured by Sanyo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sanyo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 40054P7019 by Manufacturer Tech-Motive-Tool as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Zevatech Brand 4005300 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fanuc such as 44A398766G01 equipment made by Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fanuc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 31308107 made by Unico as well as the popular 2MBI200U2A060 original spares produced by Fuji Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2MBI300NR060 by Fuji and 44A398766G01 spares by Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2MBI400U4H170 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fuji. |
