COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Foxboro IDP10-DS1B01F IDP10-DS1B01F-S03FARGM1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Heidenhain products, including obsoleted and phased-out Harowe parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ge product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Heidenhain such as the 29546622 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 21BRCT510A7B10 manufactured by Harowe and we are pleased to be able to service most Harowe systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SELA36AT0100 by Manufacturer Ge as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Heise Brand 901B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Go-Switch such as 7413527F2 equipment made by Go-Switch have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Go-Switch products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Go-Switch" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RON705D000018000 made by Heidenhain as well as the popular B0830E original spares produced by Guardstar Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SF1240 by Frost-Controls and 7413527F2 spares by Go-Switch are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 32517100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gf-Signet. |
