COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Foxboro 83F-D02S1SSRJA-D parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Contraves products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Electra product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Contraves such as the 56LDNSPOS20 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5K42HG5180EX7320BEXSA5 manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6322ASC1463A by Manufacturer Electra as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge Brand 5KS145BCT207C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ge such as 5K184JD120B equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 7056054204 made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular 4FS020SL4ZVA2NX original spares produced by Toshiba Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5KW184D205A by Ge and 5K184JD120B spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8125100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Magnetek. |
