COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Foxboro 3F8-R2DPA1 W/ 3FK1-CLN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Woodward products, including obsoleted and phased-out Texas-Instruments parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Flexmate-Inc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Woodward such as the 54661035 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 435DCCPU manufactured by Texas-Instruments and we are pleased to be able to service most Texas-Instruments systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3PCPG04 by Manufacturer Flexmate-Inc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fischer-Porter Brand 40CN3210A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Abb such as 3HAC105431REV2 equipment made by Abb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Abb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Abb" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 531X121PCRAAEG1 made by Ge as well as the popular 5451105 original spares produced by Texas-Instruments Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5003A300111 by Joslyn-Clark and 3HAC105431REV2 spares by Abb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 51303544100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Honeywell. |
