COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Foxboro 250PW-M2N-C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Asea products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bently-Nevada parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ge product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Asea such as the 3BSE042238R2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3300400301010000 manufactured by Bently-Nevada and we are pleased to be able to service most Bently-Nevada systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 36C774353AAG01 by Manufacturer Ge as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge Brand 44A719348102 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Modicon such as 490NRP95400 equipment made by Modicon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Modicon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Modicon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 27PH71000 made by Fireye as well as the popular 31W030R original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 506071129R05 by Kawasaki and 490NRP95400 spares by Modicon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 44A391708G02 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge-Fanuc. |
