COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Forney UV-4 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Heidenhain products, including obsoleted and phased-out Granville-Phillips parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Frost-Controls product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Heidenhain such as the 20770801 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 35200220 manufactured by Granville-Phillips and we are pleased to be able to service most Granville-Phillips systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DULCMP1118112 by Manufacturer Frost-Controls as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Heidenhain Brand ST1278 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Gf-Signet such as 32536P0 equipment made by Gf-Signet have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FGGS0400 made by Ge as well as the popular BBS10121 original spares produced by Hbm

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 16004000AMPTSVG940B by Ge and 32536P0 spares by Gf-Signet are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IN96AC2S61A00003 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hohner.
