COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Formsprag HPI600/CL4172-122RS parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Gardner-Denver products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gold-Spec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Gates product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Gardner-Denver such as the 76F104 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 58V1600GS manufactured by Gold-Spec and we are pleased to be able to service most Gold-Spec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8M112S21SK by Manufacturer Gates as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Gates Brand 14MX90S373525 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Gould such as 6838151080003 equipment made by Gould have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gould products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gould" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TP850H200 made by Gates as well as the popular KM20 original spares produced by Gam Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D630H100 by Good-Year and 6838151080003 spares by Gould are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 510H100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Good-Year. |
