COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Formsprag FRS-10/1.250-LH-CL-41225-1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Gates products, including obsoleted and phased-out Formsprag parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Good-Year product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Gates such as the 14M36S68 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HPI600CL4013122RS manufactured by Formsprag and we are pleased to be able to service most Formsprag systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 14GTR156820 by Manufacturer Good-Year as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Gear-Technology-/-Triumph Brand 4280194 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Garlock such as 26003648 equipment made by Garlock have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Garlock products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Garlock" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EPLW084010H made by Gam as well as the popular KM20 original spares produced by Gam Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8MX90S36 by Gates and 26003648 spares by Garlock are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 32808MGT50 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gates. |
