COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Formsprag CL42189-2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Modicon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Modicon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the BZ262311 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CGP37130TB manufactured by Modicon and we are pleased to be able to service most Modicon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BPH0953N5AA2CA1 by Manufacturer Modicon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Leeson Brand C184T34WK2B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bauer such as BK1063LDU09LA4C2AMSP equipment made by Bauer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bauer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bauer" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BMR4045ATB00HSDAD made by Cmc as well as the popular C6C17FC5B original spares produced by Leeson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BGFM15015SG1C by Brother and BK1063LDU09LA4C2AMSP spares by Bauer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C6T17FK8119121100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Leeson. |
