COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Formsprag CL42153-2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Leeson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tri-clover-Tri-Flo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Japan-Servo-Co product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Leeson such as the C6T11FC25A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C114MD56TS manufactured by Tri-clover-Tri-Flo and we are pleased to be able to service most Tri-clover-Tri-Flo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BS90BM20D003 by Manufacturer Japan-Servo-Co as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Aerotech Brand BM500MSE1000H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Modicon such as BL7016251X006A equipment made by Modicon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Modicon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Modicon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C215T11FC2B made by Leeson as well as the popular BSM80C375AF original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BSM63A333AA by Baldor and BL7016251X006A spares by Modicon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CAD38M90S4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
