COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Force Control MS1-D2C8B11 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Gates products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gates parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Gates product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Gates such as the 8mgt128012 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 14MX32S20 manufactured by Gates and we are pleased to be able to service most Gates systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 14MGT350085 by Manufacturer Gates as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Good-Year Brand 3D144 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Goldspec such as GS60 equipment made by Goldspec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Goldspec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Goldspec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available D210 made by Gates as well as the popular 140014M85 original spares produced by Good-Year Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 14M350020 by Gates and GS60 spares by Goldspec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 207SCD10 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fort-Worth. |
