COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Force Control 74-320S45074 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Gates products, including obsoleted and phased-out Getriebebau-Nord parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fort-Worth product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Gates such as the POLYCHAING2SPROCKET spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SK20063S4CUSTW manufactured by Getriebebau-Nord and we are pleased to be able to service most Getriebebau-Nord systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SC411 by Manufacturer Fort-Worth as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Gates Brand 210014M40 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Gates such as 72XR200 equipment made by Gates have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gates products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gates" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 20008MGT30 made by Gates as well as the popular 96614MGT40 original spares produced by Gates Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8MX80S122012 by Gates and 72XR200 spares by Gates are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 89038230 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gates. |
