COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Force 01-3S3-H105-1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Falk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dana parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Keb product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Falk such as the 110Y1A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 021A1H100 manufactured by Dana and we are pleased to be able to service most Dana systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 0903822009U by Manufacturer Keb as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Apex Brand 023040 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cgi such as 023RNX0100XX5411X equipment made by Cgi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cgi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cgi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 050M0110111000 made by Alpha as well as the popular 1030FC2AS original spares produced by Falk Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 022076850 by Hub and 023RNX0100XX5411X spares by Cgi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 11MCTD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Winsmith. |
