COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Foote-jones Hu60 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ckd products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fag parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Clevland product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ckd such as the PCIS063006300S214X002390 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NJ2313EM1AC3 manufactured by Fag and we are pleased to be able to service most Fag systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M2614C5H60A by Manufacturer Clevland as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew-eurodrive Brand K96VU41BEFDADV132M4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Flender such as NA1160X160 equipment made by Flender have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Flender products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Flender" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MUCT208NP made by Asahi as well as the popular K613SG0760MQ40 original spares produced by Stober Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LOPSL8255383199 by Foote-jones and NA1160X160 spares by Flender are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P512SPN1000M Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Stober. |
