COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Foote-jones HLE1002-31-1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dodge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Falk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Factory product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dodge such as the INSUN2300R spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M1130DBC3AN1961LD0456 manufactured by Falk and we are pleased to be able to service most Falk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KT73DZ120 by Manufacturer Factory as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Hypower Brand HYBHU60R in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cone such as HU35 equipment made by Cone have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cone products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cone" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available K37LP56 made by Sew as well as the popular NTR340040RM090203 original spares produced by Thomson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the J2D1800LK by Stelron and HU35 spares by Cone are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M107VRC3A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Falk. |
