COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Foote 8265SL-26-1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Winsmith products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nord parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 David-Brown product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Winsmith such as the 8MCTD4301 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 90S3190S4 manufactured by Nord and we are pleased to be able to service most Nord systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C0421160FGHHC0421160FGHH1 by Manufacturer David-Brown as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Winnsmith Brand A9254B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Camco such as CC4H32120 equipment made by Camco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Camco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Camco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available AL1044 made by Tsubaki as well as the popular CF72160ZVB5GR0 original spares produced by Boston Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BM226252140TC by Grove and CC4H32120 spares by Camco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C350 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dodge. |
