COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fluidtec CUP MT STAT ASY parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Gam products, including obsoleted and phased-out Force-Control parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Gatco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Gam such as the EPLW084010H spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MS2D2D0A3N manufactured by Force-Control and we are pleased to be able to service most Force-Control systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 421820032 by Manufacturer Gatco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Gates Brand 12008M507KMC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Force-Control such as ES143250 equipment made by Force-Control have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Force-Control products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Force-Control" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 210863446 made by Garlock as well as the popular 22008M50 original spares produced by Gates Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 25V670 by Gates and ES143250 spares by Force-Control are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MB056S012A5 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Force-Control. |
