COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Flowserve KU3T4625TC3-A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Gates products, including obsoleted and phased-out Foote-Jones parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Good-Year product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Gates such as the 78104852 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8445184T5D70998M manufactured by Foote-Jones and we are pleased to be able to service most Foote-Jones systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8008M by Manufacturer Good-Year as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Gates Brand 3C330 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Force-Control such as MB210S02015 equipment made by Force-Control have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Force-Control products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Force-Control" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 14MGT252068 made by Gates as well as the popular 24X327916AAG6 original spares produced by Ge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8M144036 by Gates and MB210S02015 spares by Force-Control are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8M22S1212 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gates. |
