COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Flowserve COUPLING parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Garlock products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gates parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fullkey-Sonac product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Garlock such as the 210863176 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8MX80S122012 manufactured by Gates and we are pleased to be able to service most Gates systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SG90L2151470 by Manufacturer Fullkey-Sonac as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Gates Brand 16008M35E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fluid-Research such as X190356 equipment made by Fluid-Research have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fluid-Research products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fluid-Research" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 350014MGT115 made by Gates as well as the popular 5B53 original spares produced by Gates Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the B040150 by Gerbing and X190356 spares by Fluid-Research are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 22038925 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer General-Motors. |
