COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Flowserve A2R15673-11 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued General-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gam parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Flowserve product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader General-Electric such as the CR305D0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KM170 manufactured by Gam and we are pleased to be able to service most Gam systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A2R9880501 by Manufacturer Flowserve as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Flowserve Brand 63878 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Force-Control such as T3119H280B22 equipment made by Force-Control have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Force-Control products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Force-Control" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 616014M55 made by Gates as well as the popular LL14MGT037 original spares produced by Gates Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KM600 by Gam and T3119H280B22 spares by Force-Control are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 20CFHG608960020 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gates. |
