COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Flowserve 81257A0T parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Marathon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Raymond product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Marathon such as the 56T17G15543 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5KE213BC105 manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 570214101 by Manufacturer Raymond as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dayton Brand 4TE28 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Siemens such as 6RA26746MV301A equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 4AL0500300PRS made by Angst+pfister as well as the popular 54AZKA100L4T original spares produced by Weiss Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 62MHS423FN by Dorner and 6RA26746MV301A spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5KS184SSP300D11 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge. |
