COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Flowline LA15-5001 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Flowserve products, including obsoleted and phased-out Formsprag parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fronius product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Flowserve such as the 1036TW12A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SR4491 manufactured by Formsprag and we are pleased to be able to service most Formsprag systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ROBACTA by Manufacturer Fronius as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Foxjet Brand 2465006D2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Foxboro such as 71CCK2 equipment made by Foxboro have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Foxboro products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Foxboro" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LC11 made by Flowline as well as the popular GYC152DC1SA original spares produced by Fuji-Electric-Fa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2036TW120AR0 by Flowserve and 71CCK2 spares by Foxboro are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 42JB32AD8GB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Furnas. |
