COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Flowline DS14-00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Gse products, including obsoleted and phased-out General-Eastern parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Foxboro product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Gse such as the 03825200101 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DY5 manufactured by General-Eastern and we are pleased to be able to service most General-Eastern systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D0135GW by Manufacturer Foxboro as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Gems Brand 201002UCL200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Flygt such as 144140 equipment made by Flygt have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Flygt products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Flygt" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1928300001 made by Guided-Wave as well as the popular ST1278 original spares produced by Heidenhain Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 25168101 by Heidenhain and 144140 spares by Flygt are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2200BG3F00223DA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gems. |
