COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Flex-core CTA112H parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Flygt products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gem parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Foxboro product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Flygt such as the 144140 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XT800 manufactured by Gem and we are pleased to be able to service most Gem systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature STCPR13NBS004 by Manufacturer Foxboro as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Futek Brand L2338Q10237 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Flowline such as LC401001CSA equipment made by Flowline have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Flowline products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Flowline" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available D522 made by Futek as well as the popular 11BRW300C105 original spares produced by Harowe Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LS12334 by Gems and LC401001CSA spares by Flowline are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 951AC1042OXXC12 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gemco. |
