COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Flex Link 3904 234 /745 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Gates products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gates parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Flowserve product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Gates such as the 14M196020 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8M1600368M1600368M160036 manufactured by Gates and we are pleased to be able to service most Gates systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XSCPX2500EUXAS by Manufacturer Flowserve as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ford Brand D8TZ3249A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Gates such as 8MX60S362517 equipment made by Gates have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gates products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gates" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 22008M50 made by Gates as well as the popular EPLN34003GN34B01 original spares produced by Gam Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 93560156 by Gates and 8MX60S362517 spares by Gates are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 32808MGT50 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gates. |
