COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Flender B3DH4A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Zero-max products, including obsoleted and phased-out Goodyear parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Winsmith product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Zero-max such as the E2CW120400 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D1000H200 manufactured by Goodyear and we are pleased to be able to service most Goodyear systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E35XDTS by Manufacturer Winsmith as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Lufkin Brand DF265 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sumitomo such as CHHJ6180Y29 equipment made by Sumitomo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sumitomo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sumitomo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available E431 made by Us as well as the popular D11H original spares produced by Westinghouse

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D576775 by Falk and CHHJ6180Y29 spares by Sumitomo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original B5G Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor.
