COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fisher-rosemount Delta KJ3242X1-BA1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ge-Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rexroth parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Power-Electronics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge-Fanuc such as the MTR3T45HR0M0A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MSK071C0200NNS1UP1NNNN manufactured by Rexroth and we are pleased to be able to service most Rexroth systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M1046CXR by Manufacturer Power-Electronics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Amtech Brand OPT090 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Square-D such as LHP36400 equipment made by Square-D have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Square-D products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Square-D" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MAC090B0JD4C110A0WI520LV made by Indramat as well as the popular MAC090B0PD2C110B1S001 original spares produced by Rexroth Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MDS60A00305A3400 by Sew-Eurodrive and LHP36400 spares by Square-D are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MVME133XT Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Motorola. |
