COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fisher Rosemount 3051-CG4A02A1AH2M5 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cincinnati products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tamagawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Jum product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cincinnati such as the 35330319G spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3HAC174841000 manufactured by Tamagawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Tamagawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3300A by Manufacturer Jum as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge Brand 331X232ACG03 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Custom-Servo such as 46987601G equipment made by Custom-Servo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Custom-Servo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Custom-Servo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3535212 made by Masoneilan as well as the popular 375509740K original spares produced by Nikki-Densko Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 31C361 by Reliance-Electric and 46987601G spares by Custom-Servo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3A99165G52 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Westinghouse. |
