COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fisher CL776X1-A1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Foxboro products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fuji parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 G.e. product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Foxboro such as the 763GNA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RYH201F5 manufactured by Fuji and we are pleased to be able to service most Fuji systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5CD144SC003B032 by Manufacturer G.e. as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Foxboro Brand IGP10TS3E1CM2L1T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fuji-Electric such as EVM31050A equipment made by Fuji-Electric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fuji-Electric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fuji-Electric" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DMC4030 made by Galil-Motion-Control as well as the popular FORTRESSPHANTOM original spares produced by Fortress Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LD31S131 by Flowline and EVM31050A spares by Fuji-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 18DSE92BF Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Furnas. |
