COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fisher 846-738-110315 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Flex-Cable products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fms parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Heidenhain product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Flex-Cable such as the FCUXFFDMPSE030 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LMGZ205 manufactured by Fms and we are pleased to be able to service most Fms systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2609000 by Manufacturer Heidenhain as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Gw-Dahl Brand P200P30P11P21 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Futek such as LSB302 equipment made by Futek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Futek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Futek" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TS40004004 made by General-Monitors as well as the popular USL200 original spares produced by Heidenhain Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 155421 by Gems and LSB302 spares by Futek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 53639701 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Heidenhain. |
