COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Festo EMGA60PG5SAS55 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Festo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Amk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Eurodrive product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Festo such as the CMMSASC43A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DV514L manufactured by Amk and we are pleased to be able to service most Amk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DFT71K4andKA37R17DT71K4 by Manufacturer Eurodrive as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Anaheim Brand DPF38H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Daito-Mfg.-Co. such as DTMT7080B equipment made by Daito-Mfg.-Co. have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Daito-Mfg.-Co. products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Daito-Mfg.-Co." in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available D03FX3RAN6A0 made by Moog as well as the popular DFT80K4ampS47DT80K4 original spares produced by Sew Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DRS100M4BE2FLASE1THXVOA by Sew and DTMT7080B spares by Daito-Mfg.-Co. are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original E7RRL101000FE Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Autotech. |
